Collections of programs

How collections are made
- A collection is a filter over the 2027 R-1 program list. Most read the program’s own CaRMS page, so a program that doesn’t say it is not in the collection; none of them is a CaRMS category. Collections built on what a page states show, under each program, the words or the place that put it in. The collection is worked out again each time the program data is updated.
- A collection needs at least 8 programs at 3 schools. Below that it is not listed here or in the sitemap.
- Programs are never ranked or scored. Each collection shows its programs by province, in Statistics Canada’s order, then by city and name. The one collection built on a measured figure (rent against pay) is a yes or no filter, not an order.
- No two collections share nearly the same programs: pairs that overlap by more than 80% are not published together.
- Positions are the quotas the program pages state. A program that states none is not counted as zero.
